McGill Machine Works is very diverse in producing your product. Drawings from your Engineering Department or working off an existing part or assembly. We have all ways of excepting drawings DWG, IGES, STEP, DXF. We can produce cad drawings, take an existing item and design additional concepts for that product or assembly. we even offer complete reverse engineering. Send over you whole machine design packet and we will quote the package and produce all the product by your due date, whether its high production parts or 1 offs, no problem. REVERSE ENGINEERING
Even if you just have a hand written sketch. We will take that, design an identical item in our cad system. You approve it and we make it. It is really just that simple. With a growing global market and many many machines, fixtures, and assemblies coming from over seas. It is taking long periods of time, that you don’t have, to get your product. Besides when we take your product and reverse engineer it, The majority of the time, it is usually steadier and stronger than you would receive from the distributor. Lets not mention the BIG 3.
